Poster Guidelines

Each presenter will have access to 

  • One side of an A0 poster board. The maximum poster dimensions allowed will be A0 size ( 841 x 1189 mm  /  33.1 x 46.8 inches )
  • Thumbtacks/push pins will be provided
  • A small table for laptops and handouts
  • A power outlet with standard UK 3 pin plug system. The voltage is 240V, 50Hz.  If you require US, European or other plug systems please make sure you bring the appropriate adaptor
  • Wireless access will be available to delegates throughout the conference

Photocopying and printing services are available at KallKwik branches on Fleet Street, Southampton Row and High Holborn.

  

Poster Setup Times:

 

Poster Sessions 1A & 1B : Thursday 8th July

Those presenting posters on Thursday can put their posters up anytime between 11am on Wednesday 7th July and the start of the poster session at 3:30pm on Thursday. Posters must be taken down at the end of the poster session or following the Busa Lecture on Thursday 8th July.

Poster Sessions 2A & 2B : Friday 9th July

Posters for Friday's session can be put up anytime between 9am on Friday 9th July and the start of the poster session at 3:30pm and must be taken down no later than the the start of the closing session on Saturday 10th.
