The official conference poster sessions will take place 3:30-5:30pm on Thursday 8th and Friday 9th July. In each session there will be two spaces in which the posters will be displayed, each holding twelve posters.  Poster Sessions 1A and 1B will take place on Thursday 8th July and Poster Sessions 2A and 2B on Friday 9th July.

Please note that the Thursday presenters will be able to set up their displays on Wednesday 7th July, and the Friday presenters will be able to leave their posters on display until late on Saturday 10th July, so at least some of the posters will be on display for most of two days.  Poster presenters may choose to make themselves available to discuss their posters at any time while they are on display, but will be required to be in attendance only during their scheduled poster session, i.e. 3.30-5.30 on either Thursday 8th or Friday 9th.
